Q1: If the fan is broken, the headlight will be out?

A1: Other brands normally will, but Roth headlight can still work.

Q7: Is the lighting distance the same for the headlights with the color temperature from 3000K to 6000K?

A7: In normal environment it's the same (About 300 meters on high beam). If in rainy or foggy weather, the light will penetrate better with lower color temperature.
